Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the letter is being mailed into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. 

Refunds
 If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your customer account and submit a return or cancellation request through your Orders page at https://shopify.com/79248064612/account. Your request must be submitted before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. We will send you an automatic confirmation once your request is received.

Returning Items

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise.

Refunds

Once we receive your request, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the original purchase price plus the standard outbound postage.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
