Refund policy

I want you to be happy to receive my letters, but if you aren't, please just let me know.  I have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your first letter to request a refund, and I will be happy to accommodate you.

Damages and issues
If a letter doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, please let me know and I will replace it.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the letter is being mailed into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
