How much does a subscription cost?

Your monthly subscription is $8.00 per month, plus applicable postage, based on destination. There are no long-term commitments, and you may cancel at any time.

Will I enjoy Letters from Hannah?

How do I order?

Simply choose your subscription, complete checkout, and I’ll begin writing to you each month.

Can I send Letters from Hannah as a gift?

Absolutely.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes. During checkout, you’ll have the opportunity to include a personal message that will accompany your gift.

Can I order for more than one person?

Certainly. You may order subscriptions for multiple recipients, even if they share the same mailing address.

Can I start anytime?

New subscribers are always welcome. You can begin your subscription at any time and simply start with the current month’s letter.

When will my first letter arrive?

Your first letter will be mailed with the next monthly mailing. Depending on when you subscribe, your first envelope may arrive within just a few days or may be included in the following month’s mailing.

When are the letters mailed?

Letters from Hannah are mailed once each month.

Delivery times vary depending on where you live, but most subscribers receive their letter within several days after mailing.

What if my letter doesn’t arrive?

While postal delays are uncommon, they do happen from time to time.

If you believe your letter has been lost, simply contact me, and I’ll gladly help make things right.

How do I update my mailing address?

You may update your mailing address at any time by logging into your account or contacting me before the next mailing date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  I mail worldwide, except in a handful of countries.

Billing & Subscriptions

How do I update my payment information?

You may update your payment method anytime through your customer account.

Can I pause my subscription?

(Choose whichever policy you decide.)

Option A: Yes. You may pause your subscription and restart whenever you’re ready.

Option B: At this time, subscriptions cannot be paused, but you may cancel at any time and rejoin whenever you’d like.

How do I cancel?

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account. Once canceled, no future monthly charges will be made.
